Hot Moms 

A 4 part women's support circle to help rediscover the healing fire flickering beneath the caregiver duties.

4 Tuesdays starting January 2023

Together we will:

• Show up as we are for ourselves and each other

• Honor the journey we have been on 

• Reconnect to intuition through stillness and reflection

• Find mini ways we can commit to nurturing ourselves daily

• Explore our female family lineage 

• Create space for the healing amidst the busy

Where: Virtual on Zoom

Start Date: January 17th 9:00 am-10:30 am MTN time. Recording will be available for anyone who signs up

Cost: Suggested donation: $25/session or $80 for all four sessions. Not a requirement to join!
